Hello, hello everyone!
Yes, I know I haven’t been updating you with new recipes, but believe me, it’s not due to the lack of desire or of cooking! Instead, I am paying a “brief” visit to my relatives in France. In other words, I’m gone from California for a month. My journey started with a short 3-day vacation in Reykjavik, Iceland before heading to Paris for another three days and then to Nice. Next stop: Strasbourg. Wish me luck with the cold there!
I promise to update you with many pictures and new recipes once I come back to San Fran in January. Until then, I wish you all very, very HAPPY HOLIDAYS! 🙂
PS: And I’m also leaving you with this picture of some macarons — froom L to R: Infiniment Chocolat, Chuao, Truffe Blanche & Noisette, Infiniment Caramel, and oh, what was that last one named? — together with a mille-feuille bought from Pierre Hermé’s shop on 72 Rue Bonaparte in Paris.
